Gauge Description:

The gauge for Tensleep Creek is on a river right boulder 50' downstream of the Highway 16 bridge. It can be seen from the bridge if you know where to look. If driving West on 16 looking for the Creek don't be fooled by the first sign reading "Tensleep Creek" it's actually East Tensleep Creek a much smaller tributary feeding into Meadowlark lake. Continue on West another 4.75 miles to the correct bridge.
