Gauge

Gauge Description:

This gauge is on this reach (about midway down), therefore should quite accurately reflect conditions.

We do not currently have reliable information regarding best boatable flows. Stated 'mimimum' is set at the 10% flow, based solely upon the fact that many of our midwest whitewater rivers are best paddled at these values or higher. Stated 'maximum' is based solely upon the fact that many midwest rivers will become significantly different (river will be 'pushier' than usual, some rapids will wash out while others may become more interesting or more dangerous) at such levels.

Further refinement through user input is required.
