American Whitewater advocated for flow restoration on the Scrambled Eggs reach of the Weber River, near Ogden, Utah, which has long been dewatered by the Weber River Hydroelectric Project (FERC Project No. 1744). We signed a settlement agreement calling for 4 annual releases, and improved access in October of 2017.
