The American Whitewater Marketplaces have become an institution in the whitewater and outdoor industries. Outdoor enthusiasts flock to these showcases to view product demonstrations, interact with manufacturer representatives, and purchase vendor wares. American Whitewater offers a terrific opportunity to vendors who wish to reach a broad demographic and generate additional sales for their business.

Each year we accept a limited number of vendors to participate in our Riverfest marketplaces. To become a vendor please fill out the Gauley Fest Vendor Registration Form and email it to laura@americanwhitewater.org, or send it in via fax at 828-586-2840.

Alternatively you can mail your completed copy to (mailed submissions after Sept. 1st should send an accompanying email):
