American Whitewater needs your help! Volunteers are needed for each of our three festivals, as well as many other functions. Come help the organization that works for boaters by boaters.

If you are interested in volunteering for the Deerfield River Festival, please click the button below to be taken to the American Whitewater volunteer page. Here you can submit your information so we can contact you, as well as letting us know of any special skills you have that could help us in running the festival. After submitting your information thru our website, you will be contacted by our volunteer coordinator who will inquire as to a job preference, as well as provide you with more information on volunteering. When you get to the event site, you will need to register with American Whitewater. If you have pre-registered to volunteer thru our website, you will be contacted just prior to the event with specific information concerning time and place of meeting, registration, and specific job responsibilities. If you have not pre-registered, you can still register to volunteer on-site throughout the weekend. Registration for the event will take place all day at the AW tent. At registration we will confirm your information, have you sign a waiver, provide a quick orientation, and give you your free event t-shirt.
