Check out their description of this reach.
This reach of the Poudre River flows through the community of Poudre Park, and there are several bridges that you will need to avoid. The two largest rapids are in the last mile, just before the takeout. The first is Cardiac Corner (IV), which boats easier than it looks like from upstream. This rapid cannot be seen from the road, and it has a scary looking overhanging/undercut rock at the bottom, so it has a reputation for scaring the crap out of paddlers who float into it unaware. Shortly downstream is Poudre Falls (IV), just upstream of the falls is the Poudre River gauge. Poudre Falls has a couple of large holes, one you have to punch, so pick your line carefully and hang on for the ride!
To get there: The put-in is the Poudre Park Picnic Ground at mile marker 110.7. Just downstream of Poudre Falls, on river right, is the takeout at mile marker 112.7.
