Whitewater Gages - Not only will a paddler be able to instantly view which streams are runnable with the levels defined by the paddlers who truly know them the best - the nationwide network of volunteer StreamKeepers, but registered boaters won't even have to visit the AW web site to keep up with the flows on their favorite streams. AW's exclusive river gage email delivery service will deliver the river gages you specify - on the days and time you ask. AW's partnership and technical integration with the USGS (United States Geological Survey) allows AmericanWhitewater.org site visitors unprecedented access to the specific online wwstream gages. Plus, thanks to the StreamKeepers the new AmericanWhitewater.org site will soon have the unique ability to collect reports for many streams whose flow can only be gauged with the eyes of a wwpaddler.

AW River Alerts - Information and bulletins on the whitewater streams in your state or region will be automatically issued from American Whitewater staff and volunteers across the country. News on river access, conservation, safety, and event information will be delivered as it happens.
