New AW Membership and Donation Forms; Membership Cards go Digital

We're pleased to announce that we have a new Membership Join/Renew form as well as a new Donation form . We also have a brand new Affiliate Club Membership Join/Renewal Form.  We've spent the last several months switching to a more robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to better meet the needs of our membership base and to funnel your information into our membership database more efficiently. Additionally, we've gone green with new Digital AW Membership cards!

Some highlights/changes include:

– A New Membership Form that encompasses new memberships, renewal memberships, and gift memberships. Data entered will immediately populate our membership database so there will no longer be a lag time!

 
– There's a brand new Affiliate Club Membership Join/Renewal Form that will enable us to keep better tabs on all of our amazing Affiliate Clubs!

– A new Donation form with an easier way to give contributions In Honor Of/In Memory Of your favorite people.

– In an effort to send less snail mail per your request, we'll be switching to digital membership cards! We heard your pleas for greener communications and are really stoked about this upgrade.

– You'll also be able to more easily update your personal information and communication preferences and have it synced to our membership database.

– We’re switching our Web User accounts to an email-based user id, so you won’t have to remember the user name you came up with years ago, like ‘steezyboof1986’ 

– Members and donors can set up monthly automatic draft giving through direct electronic funds transfer from banking accounts. Contact Bethany to set this up!

We know that change can be hard and it might take us a few weeks to get all the kinks dialed in—we appreciate your patience with us as we try to become more efficient!

There's a fine line between automating our membership flow for efficiency and maintaining a thorough and personal handle on all of our membership transactions and donations—that's something that we take to heart. We appreciate each and every one of you!
