2012 French Broad River Fest (NC)

This May 4-6th, 2012, American Whitewater will be at the French Broad River Fest in Hot Springs, NC. Proceeds for the event get donated to American Whitewater and other non-profits. In 2011 French Broad River Fest donated over $5,000 to American Whitewater alone!

Events

French Broad River Fest features some seriously cool activities and events. This year's event has a Raft Race, River Cleanup, Kids Village and even a Mountain Bike Race!

The raft race will likely be of particular interest to American Whitewater members. It comes complete with everything you need to race, a guide, gear, raft, paddles, you name it. All you have to do is bring your race team!

The team behind FBRF puts a lot of time into making the event a fun, friendly and safe environment for everyone. You're sure to find something that suits your tastes, so check 'em out.

FBRF has over 25 acts this year! See the line-up for complete details. Many folks will recognize acts such as Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, The Gourds, Sol Driven Train (they've played Gauley Fest!), I See Hawks In L.A., Balsam Range, The Legendary Singing Stars, Eyes of the Elders plus many more!
