American Whitewater is proud to announce two Volunteers of the Month for October: Brian Aubin and Elizabeth Fet! Gauley Fest's awesome Volunteer Coordinator, Natalie Price, had the following to say about Brian and Elizabeth.

Brian Aubin

In addition to helping set up, Brian pulled through in the most hellacious cold rain when nobody else would, recruited friends to pitch in on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and had the most infectious positive attitude in which was a huge motivation to myself and other volunteers. From the beginning to the end, Brian was an asset to Gauley Fest that I would have to say contributed towards another successful event!

Elizabeth Fet

Liz was a true inspiration during the power hours of Gauley Fest. By far one if the most generous volunteers with hours signed up for and additionally extended to, in the heat of the moment at the Back Gate. Liz was patient when things were slow, and efficient when things got busy. This is Liz's 2nd year at Gauley Fest and she stepped it up as a leader of co-volunteers and ambassador for AW. Liz was patient, enthusiastic, determined to help, committed to the back gate both Friday and Saturday night during the toughest hours and a great communicator through it all.

Thanks for all the help putting on our critcal Gauley Fest fundraiser, Brian and Elizabeth! In recognition of all your efforts you'll both be receiving custom Kokatat WoolCore Shirt!
