Abstract
The Klamath River Renewal Corporation (KRRC) developed this Recreation Facilities Plan to: 1) provide information on the existing recreation sites within the Lower Klamath Project (herein referred to as the Project); 2) describe the disposition approach to these recreation sites as part of the license surrender for the Project; 3) describe measures to assure recreation user safety during dam removal; and 4) identify potential facilities and amenities for river-based recreation post-dam removal, to be implemented by the States of Oregon and California or other successor owners of Parcel B lands after license surrender is effective.Description
