Longitude and latitude of takeout are approximate. The takeout HAS to be before Troy Falls, which is class VI, and will probably be fatal if someone goes over the 100 foot drop.

I ran this section late March 2014 and the cable under the Eagle Mills bridge was no longer there. I ran it when the gauge was around 10ft and all the rapids were around class III-IV. There is one waterfall about a half mile after the second bridge that was completely unrunnable at this level and at lower levels it is runnable but would be rated V+ due to the most of the water pounds into a rock at the bottom.
Chris that is Wyant's Kill.
i paddle this run a lot. theres actually a put in above eagle mills its off of garfield rd by the wagner farm. there are a few good class II and III rapids. With the new bridge they put in at eagle mills (finished in late 2007) they left a wire low to the water. i havent run it to see if you can go under it but its there.
Hello, I was driving and found this river, I dont know what stretch this was but IT IS RUNNABLE. There is 4 major drops, all waterfall/slides unrunnalbe at lower levals, which is how they where when i saw them, BUT at higher water they seem to be good. There is one man made waterfall, its a 35 foot steep slide to a 8 foot auto boof waterfall. This is runnable at low levels. That was the only one I ran, this was on 4/27/08. anyone want to paddle this run, firstname.lastname@example.org
