just got back from here ran from the dam to the power house had a blast and ready to go back
learned a lot for my first time in a ww kayak and on this river but had a great guide and friend
with me

Is the USGS gauge at Ware Shoals of any use for this stretch of the Saluda? A dam is downstream of
the take-out, and this gauge is downstream of the dam. The gauge will be measuring water over the
dam plus water running thru the turbines.
