Fun Float on the Uintas north slope. Put in at the East Fork campground/trail bridge. Generally fun continuous class 2. We encountered 3 logjam portages and 1 barbed wire fence between 1.3 and 2.6 miles from the bridge put in. Continued down the main Blacks fork to Meeks Cabin Reservoir although the Hewinta bridge has a great eddy and beach just after the bridge on river right to take out

Awesome run on the E. Fork of the Blacks fork at around 350cfs on 7/4/22. There were about a dozen river wide log portages but easily managed with a group of 5 duckies. It took us about 5 hours (with several stops) but plenty of action packed rapids, next to no flat water and all around stunning scenery!
