Tight and technical, short but steep rapids, enough wood to make you nervous - people have been pinned on logs here. One ~6-8-ft riverwide vertical drop over an old concrete diversion, not too sticky on the right, deep pool. Put in and take out where ever you want.

Ran this at 160 in packrafts. Seems like an ideal flow, much more and the over hanging trees/ bushes would be more of a problem. Few strainers, only a couple portages. Two class III+ drops. Lots of bush bashing in boats though. That said, its a beautiful river, clean, clear, sandy bottom, little pollution, a gem for Northern Utah. The ~7 mile section below the dam looks good too.
