Almost certainly too low for reasonable whitewater. Virtual gauge based on relative drainage compared to Sturgeon at Sidnaw. Correlation is not assured.

River Description

Run includes 0.5 mile paddle out (with good current and I-II rips) on Sturgeon. Take-out is a campground on Sturgeon Gorge Road.
Parallel watershed of similar size to the Rock River leads one to expect this to be a similar 'hoot.' In general, however, this one disappoints. Much of the early running is prone to snags, and there are more areas of flatwater. (Not sure how it manages to do that, and yet not have areas of bigger gradient which are notable.)
