A typical rapid in the Anjean to Kessler section of Big Clear Creek. The Meadow was 1700cfs, Craigsville 14 feet, 5600cfs (Photo captured from video).
As with any creek, watch for strainers. This creek-wide strainer was waiting fifteen yards below a larger strainer upstream. Note that there are two boats stuffed in the strainer, one on top of the other.
