Best I can tell, there is not a single stretch of this reach which exceeds 15 FPM. As a result, it is hard to expect that any significant part of it is honestly whitewater. (This is not to discount that there may be some riffles and rips, possibly even a playable wave, but not likely any actual 'rapids'. Prove me wrong! Add a 'Trip Report' with photos of significant rapids!)
From the listed put-in down to here has actually been on the Red Bird River. At this point, Goose Creek comes in from the left, contributing its ~260 square miles to the Red Bird's ~196 square miles. The result is the S.Fk.Kentucky River.
