This section is mainly just cl II water with one exception. Just below Salida East is Bear Creek Rapid. This is a cl III at moderate water and pushes III+ at high water above 4000 cfs. You'll make a left S curve in front of a rock wall and then a few hundred meters later go around a corner to the right. Read and run until after the second corner.
Then after the second corner, in low to moderate water it only runs center left to mostly left. In higher water above 3000 cfs there is an easy sneak far right (hug the bank and go right of the tooth rock). You can also run it left at high water for a wilder run. Center is a bad option at all times.
