After having seen Little Uchee Creek running at 5500 cfs I think I can reasonably assert that the upper limit of boatability is around 4500 cfs
Satan's Garden was fun & looks like you have a lot of different options. ... But downstream at "Every which way you loose" - well the name sums it up, its just a hazard. There were nasty potholes on the left. On the right side there was a deadly strainer on 16 Jul 05. If that washed out the right side would probably be good.
