Visual inspection from the 199 bridge is the only sure way but if the Illinois gauge at Kirby is 4K and going up it's a safe bet that R&R will be runnable. It's been run as high as 7K @ Kirby and it's big and in the trees at that flow but still very doable. Flows go up and down in a hurry as it's a small watershed
