Gage recommendation from Stephen Strange.

 NEW INFO:

  It seems USGS gage # 01362380 is broken or no longer in use.There's another gage:

 At this time I do not have information on a minimun level for paddling, however, on Jan 3, 2008  we had some rain and other nereby rivers/creeks were up and this gage read approximatly 160 cfs, 3.05 ft. I'm not sure if this was also boatable at this level, but it's possible. As more info is available, I'll post it here.
