You can scrape downstream starting at 100 cfs, however for the 12 Mile to achieve true class III rapids look for flow levels above 500 cfs. If you can catch it at 750 cfs, that is a super fun level with lots of surfing oportunities. Expect the difficulty to be more than the Nantahala and a little less than the Ocoee until flows approach 1000 cfs.
Best level for the rodeo hole is somewhere around 250cfs.
