Ararat

Rt. 268 to Quaker Church. The river was running 250 cfs which was low but runnable. Anything much lower would be best left for float fisherman and not river runners. There are two class IIs. One is located just upstream of Power Dam Rd. and the other is located .75 upstream of the take out. Both rapids are ragged. There some very picturesque spots on this run.
