Ocmulgee

Ran this today at 2400 CFS in a Nova Craft Prospector 15 Blue Steel. Did not do enough research and really put the Gel Coat through the paces.

If in a canoe make sure to approach the first shoal on river left. River right is possible at 2400 but extremely easy to get stuck on the rocks, and self rescue is difficult.

Be aware that even in calm areas, the silt murking up the water will hide some flat shallow rocks that can scrape or even get you stuck.

The final big rapid on river right was a lot of fun to shoot through. Just approach it head on and you will squeeze through without bumping anywhere.
