Packrafted this section today (12/5/2020). It was very creeky but doable. There were probably about ten people fishing along the stretch. Everyone seemed friendly. I'm not sure what the flow was, but I imagine it was rather lower considering the recent drought and very low water level in Deer Creek Reservoir. At Deer Creek Reservoir we were able to bike along the frozen mud for about a mile south of the boatramp.
