2. Big Hungry Creek to Fishtop Access(Green Narrows)
<p>After another couple hundred yard of very manageable boogie, you come to a mess of a boulder pile in the river. Here lies Colonel Dick's rapid. Depending on water level, there is a passable route through the middle "channel". If the river is low, you may well be better off doing a creative portage over the "island" right of this channel. This rapid was rather manky on our run. After navigating the top, there's some decent paddling for 2 drops on the left and then more mank back to the right side of the river.</p>
