<p>While some consider the re-arranging of Gorilla to be the greatest loss to the modern SE paddling community, there have been more than a handful of experienced boaters to enjoy running the new version. Some say it is now easier, but I would caution against drawing confidence from that. The most popular line is a left entrance and tight right-hand turn around the bolder perched atop the bedrock "notch". A single-boat eddy allows the paddler to turn around and prepare for a technical drive onto the right shelf. The right wall immediately behind the eddy can get quite stout as levels increase. If you're thinking about running it, you shouldn't need more beta from me!</p>
