3. Power Plant to Wesser (Lower Nantahala)
Quary Rapid gets its name from the quary next to it on river left. Quary Rapid changes regularly: It can be a wave, a play hole, or something in between. It all depends on how mother nature or the local paddlers have arranged the rocks recently. On this day Quarry was a wave.
