Excellent paddling when the water is flowing. Pay attention and don’t go over the dam or several falls all can be safely portaged around. We paddled from Benetka past the takeout all the way to the lift bridge in the Harbor 19.5 miles took 5 hours. Would not try trip this when the water is low.
