2 - Miami Bar to Oak Flat(Illinois River Canyon)
The site of the proposed Buzzards Roost Hydroelectric Project proposed in 1962 that would have resulted in the construction of a 560' high dam in the lower canyon near the take-out. The reservoir would have extended 19 miles upstream.
