We ran this in the summer of 2012 from several miles above Barlow Crossing to Keeps Mill. From our put-in to the bridge 2.5 miles below Barlow Crossing, the river is immature with no significant whitewater and tons of wood. If you use the lower bridge put-in, you will soon find the river consolidating and maturing with nice Class 2-3 for about 4 miles to Keeps Mill with one bedrock Class 3+ to 4 rapid which is obvious as you approach it. We scouted and decided against running it at the level we had (sorry, don't remember, kinda on lower side) as the first drop turned 90 degrees and dropped you with no speed over a boxed-in ledge then over a scrapy roostertail into another hole. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the lower part of this run and it would make a nice addition to the Keeps Mill section if you were up to the extra logistics or wanted to do an overnight.
