<p>We read that the river was rocky at 5.5 feet, but we put on at 2.94 anyway. If you are not looking for an adrenaline rush, you might enjoy this river at 2.94, although 3 feet might be more comfortable. If you can read the water and manuever your boat with accuracy, you will only have to drag your boat twice for about 10 feet each time. Everything else we managed to run. It took us about 4 ours to do the 6.3 mile run, but we loved it. It was technical and required that we pay attention to the river, but it was also gentle and beautiful from beginning to end. I would recommend 3 feet minimum, but you certainly don't need 6 feet to make the run!</p>
