Off PA J-3000 to Lyre River Campground
This is the drop that leads directly into a wood-choked, rather long portage. There are small alternative eddies to catch, which the pictured boater had to opt for, but eddying out directly below the boulder RL is plan A. It helps to have someone on shore ready to catch boats in the micro eddies in case things start to go south.
