The current gauge listed for this run can be misleading/inaccurate at certain times of the year. The river picks up a lot of flow from the aquifer at low summer levels as it makes it way downstream. By the time it gets to the 12422500 gauge downtown, the level can be twice that upstream at the Post Falls Dam.
