There are 2 named rapids on this section. Whitetail rapid is a wavy section that is slightly steeper and more narrow than the river above, read and run with a little wave at the bottom. The main event is East Fork Falls, where the river drops as it splits around an island and at higher flows a solid III/IV. We took a sneak line river right since we couldn't really scout the main hole or river left line from where we were. Flows were high enough we had to portage a snowmobile trail bridge early on that at normal flows you can go under. Cool and wild section of river.
