Bair Road Bridge to Orick(Tall Trees Run)
We all eddied out on river right to scout Rocky Gap and plan for the portage. Yann is scouting to run the rapid. It is hard to see in the photo, but it is a 3-tier drop with undercut rocks and sieves. Nicole set safety for Yann on river left on the second tier. The "scout rock" Yann is standing on is surrounded by poison oak.
