Ran it the morning of May 27th, 2026 from CR 202 to Tejas Park. It peaked at around 10,000 cfs over night. When it starts to fall, it falls around 1,000 cfs per hour. We were in the water for 1 hr 10 minutes and it dropped from 5,200 to 4,000 cfs during that time. The large waves at the put in at 5,000+ were not turning over. Picture is when we arrived back at the put-in when it was at 4,000 which seems more ideal. Although there is still a lack of eddy service at this level. The most notable rapids are the 3 waves at the put-in and the very large wave/hole about a half mile from the take out. In between it is read and run with some fun rapids! Would love to run it in the 2,000-4,000 range.
