3. Ruddle near Buffalo Run confluence to US 220 bridge north of Upper Tract

There is no apparent access at the bridge listed as a takeout. Add to that the two German Shepards the people across the street let wander without leashes. Best to travel another half mile and get out shortly after entering Smoke Hole Canyon. Be sure to scout it otherwise just downstream you'll run into the unrunnable Landslide rapid (class III+ when there isn't a strainer in it, which there is as of May, 2020).
