Armstrong Creek, Powellton Fork

We were doing some road scouting on a winter non-paddling day and checked the creek out. We were not impressed and feel that it would be like paddling in people's backyard ditches. The water was to low to paddle but there are no real features to speak of. We did see one 2-3 foot ledge drop but it was at the end of someone's driveway. This is one we would not recommend.
