Cedar Creek

floated 1 week ago in a packraft, Chehalis gauge @2500, from just below Sherman creek to the bridge 4 miles downstream. first 2 miles lots of wood, not much fun, second half lots of fun rapids a couple logjams to portage. Definitely lowest runnable.
floated today in packraft, Chehalis @13,000. Very high flow, many previous logjams broken up or covered by water. Lots of fun but very high consequences if one were to go swimming as there is a lot of wood in this creek all the time. Easy to scout, a paved road parallels almost the entire run. Very fun at this level!
