Red Cedar

River peaked at 1640 yesterday and it is already down to 1400. I'd say that 1400 is a perfect level. There were two other kayaks when I got there about 5:00pm and a surfboarder. The sun finally came out after snowing in the morning. It may of been in the low 50's. River left had a smooth green wave and the middle was a nice hole. Surfboarders and kayakers could easily from surf on the green wave. The hole was maybe 10 to 15 feet wide. You could front, back and side surf. If you weren't near the edge, you could spin without getting kicked off. The hole had some keeping power.
