Red Cedar

A big rain on Sunday the 14th brought the river up from 100 cfs to 1,000 cfs within a 24 hours period. A rare event. The level is just below 993 cfs. Eddies on both sides were good, but the wave seems a bit different. It wasn't very sticky and not easy to stay on. There was no side surfing hole on either left or right. On far left, at a 'corner', I could front surf for quite a while. On river right, near the 'corner', I could get a few spins before falling off. For me, at this level and this day, it was a bit frustrating.
