Yesterday, the river peaked at 2,960, though I didn't see it. Today I'm paddling at 2,600. The classic 'wave' is underwater, but there is a series of waves upstream that can be front surfaced. You can also get back to the top from the eddy on river right. When I arrived, there were 3 sea kayakers giving it a try. There were about 6, river wide green waves. Their location was constant, though they would ebb and flow a bit, forming some foam then going back to a green wave. I spent most of my time on the second wave.
