Red Cedar

River is flooding and rising. I didn't paddle as it was 37 degrees out. There is a small wave in the center that you could probably reach from the river right eddy and do some front surfing. The north bank is well flooded over and the grounds crew was filling 4 foot tall sand bags to try and keep the water away from the Hannah Administrative building. I've heard it can be fun paddling in a flood, but not much going on here.
