Cache La Poudre, North Fork

This run, like the little south is basically toast. Below the falls, there is one rapid and then flat water. If you run this at good flows, you will then encounter at least 9 barb wire fences across the river. At high flows this would be terrifying and dangerous as they do sneak up and are unreunable.
