Rapid Creek

Spectacular scenery, combined with strong hydraulics, and lots of play friendly features make this and exceptionally satisfying run for intermediate and advanced paddlers. Would recommend rating change to III+/(IV+) as most of the river plays as a class III+, with one rapid (The Hummer) that has a blind entry, and the most powerful hydraulics on this creek, but does not require advanced moves in order to successfully run it. You have to navigate a boulder garden at the entrance to set yourself up for the entry line, which is center left, and point it straight, at any level. It is also easily portable on the left side. Highly recommended for anyone of intermediate skill or above.
