Old U.S. Hwy 421 to Conns Creek (6.8 miles)(Flatrock River at St. Paul)
This wave is just below the bigger surf wave. It's not very sticky, but if you get kicked off the big one, then at least you can do something for a couple minutes to avoid having to get back out and walk-up the shore.
