Take Out, Soda Springs Reservoir

At North Umpqua Highway (Hwy 138) mile 55.1 turn onto Medicine Creek (FR 4775) and then continue down 0.1 mile to the bridge across the upper end of the reservoir. You can park on the downstream river left side of the bridge and a social trail leads down to the water.
