Put-in - Hardware River Boat Ramp. 3826 Hardware Rd, Scottsville, VA 24590. From US 15. If going North on US 15, turn left onto VA 612 (Winnsville Dr) about 3.7 miles north of the US 15 bridge. Follow VA 612 about 1.3 miles and turn left onto VA 6 West. If going South on US 15, turn right onto VA 6 West at the town of Fork Union. Follow VA 6 West for about 7.4 mi (a little longer if coming from Fork Union). Turn left onto VA 646/Hardware Rd. Continue to follow Hardware Rd 3.8 miles to the river. The destination will be on the right.
